New Williams Quick Silver salmon spoon wins best new lure at the Big Rock Sports Toronto show!
Williams’ award winning spoon lineup will once again feature the legendary Quick Silver trolling spoon. Available in two sizes and 12 fish catching colours, the Quick Silver also features a holographic fish decal that highlights the quality and depth of Williams’ famous precious metal finishes.
Whether you are trolling for Landlocked on a quiet northeastern pond, slamming huge brown trout on the great lakes, targeting the monster rainbows of reservoirs or trying your hand at catching a Pacific Salmon in its natural habitat, the Quick Silver will prove a winner.
A perfect lure for Landlocked Salmon, Cohos and Chinooks, Brown and Rainbow Trout, and many more, the redesigned Quick Silver can be trolled as is, with a downrigger, using leadcore or wire, or it can be cast effectively with medium tackle. The large Quick Silver 4 is 4 inch long and weighs in at 3/5 oz. The smaller thinner Quick Silver 3 is 3 inches long and weighs in at 1/3 oz.
Each spoon is stamped from top quality brass at the Brecks factory in Sherbrooke, Quebec, and then plated in an environmentally friendly facility using jewelry quality silver and 24k gold, as well as premium copper. The plated spoons are then hand painted, holographic decals are applied and premium rings and VMC hooks added for a premium quality made in Canada spoon.
Designed for the salmon and trout troller, the Quick Silver will also prove deadly for pike and walleye under the right conditions.
Williams spoons are available in a regular treble hooked version, single Siwash hook and in a without hook option for use as an attractor. The Williams Wabler, with its trademarked Williams Stabilizing Ridge is a classic and a Canadian tradition with worldwide recognition.
